Art / research project and exhibition PR0570R1 5JEC4NJ4 | 7HE PL4CE5 0F MEM0RY (Prostori sjećanja | The Places of Memory) by Zlatan Filipovic, artist and pedagogue from Sarajevo, examines the role and impact of digital technology on contemporary artistic expression.

Visual starting point in creating digital panoramic images in this series can be found at the site of Sarajevo and Sharjah (United Arab Emirates).

Although at first glance the panoramas look like quite realistic representations of these spaces, certain amount of unusual and different soon become visible as the visitor observes and sees a new dimension of transformation and the space elements which originate from these locations.

Material and static dimension of digital photo-work is complemented with digital dynamic augumentation (AR augmented reality), a component of work which visitors will be able to access using programs / applications available for iOS and Android devices (Aurasma AR).
