30 artworks for 30 years of existence of the Franciscan Gallery/ Franciscan Museum and Gallery Široki Brijeg

Franciscan Museum and Gallery Široki Brijeg (Franciscan Gallery) has marked the 30th anniversary of existence on July 25. With the exhibition titled 30/30, which represents 30 artworks for 30 years of existence of the Franciscan Gallery/ Franciscan museum and Gallery Široki Brijeg they are continuing the celebration of the anniversary.

The collection of the Gallery has grown in various ways, and one of the most important ways were donations from artists who have exhibited their art in the Gallery. Every artist has donated at least one piece of art to the Gallery. Therefore, the exhibition 30/30 will present to the public one artwork for every year of the Gallery’s existence, meaning 30 artworks for 30 years.

The exhibition 30/30 will be open for visits from September 16 in the National Gallery of B&H (Zelenih beretki, 8).
The exhibition will not have an official opening due to the current situation with COVID-19 in Canton Sarajevo.

The exhibition will remain open until October 15, 2020.

The National Gallery of B&H and the Franciscan Museum and Gallery Široki Brijeg (Franciscan Gallery) with this exhibition are continuing their successful and long-term collaboration.
