Šipek Viktor

(Croatia, 1896 – Croatia, 1969)

He studied painting at the College of Arts in Zagreb (1911 – 15) under M. Crnčić and Oton Iveković, and continued his studies in Munich in 1923. In his body of work, which is dominated by landscapes and vedute and mostly done with watercolors, one can notice a particularly studious approach to perspective and color.
