Savo Popović Ivanov

Studied painting with professors Keinzelbauer in Gratz and Schäffer in Vienna, and at the Fine Arts Academy in Munich (1905/09) with professors Hertberich, Habermann and Seitz. He undertook study visits to Paris and London.  He worked as a secondary school teacher in Tuzla, Derventa, Foča and Sarajevo.  From 1925, he settled in Germany.  He had an individual exhibition (with Vojo Hadžidamjanović) in Sarajevo in 1922.
