Ferdinand Kulmer
(Cap Martin, France, 1925 – Zagreb, Croatia 1998)
Studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest (1942-1945) and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, where he graduated in 1950. Between 1950 and 1957, he collaborated with the Master’s Workshop of Krsto Hegedušić, and in 1961, he became his assistant at the Zagreb Academy and later promoted into the full professor. He had numerous solo and group exhibitions. He won several awards.
