Jaro Chadima
(Leipzig, 1877 – Berlin, Germany, 1940)
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Leipzig and in Munich. He came to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1914 and lived there for several years. He painted portraits and landscapes in Jugendstil with echoes of romanticism. His illustrations were published in magazine “Nada” and luxury edition “Bosnien und Herzegovina in Wort und Bild” (Bosnia and Herzegovina in word and picture).
