Ratko Lalić

(Visoko, B&H, 1944)

He graduated and completed a postgraduate programme at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1975, class of professor Stojan Ćelić. Until 1992, he was a full professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo. At the onset of the war he left the city and all his works remained at his Sarajevo studio. From 1992 until 1994 he worked as full professor at the Fine Arts Academy in Cetinje, Montenegro, and from 1997 until 2004 at the Fine Arts Academy in Banja Luka. Since 1994 he has worked as full professor of drawing and painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.
