Baruh-Kamhi Berta

(Doboj, 1911 – Zagreb, 1998)

She completed her secondary school in Doboj in 1930. Berta Baruh-Kamhi took private sculpture lessons with Marin Studin, and attended the High School of Applied Arts, Sculpture Department, which she graduated from in 1950. She worked as a model maker at the National Theater in Sarajevo and from 1951 she exhibited at the Association of Visual Artists of BiH (ULUBIH) exhibitions.  Frequent motifs of her works are children and women.
