He continued his studies at the College of Education in Sarajevo, where he studied under the mentorship of professor Radenko Mi\u0161evi\u0107.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">His love of art is evidenced by the fact that \u0160taljo set up his first exhibition when he was eight years old. His mature paintings were created in the late 1950s, and they are marked by a darker color palette. Indoors, interior and open windows are specific motives for his painting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">After returning to Banja Luka he worked as a teacher in an elementary school. He was a member of the group <em>\u010cetvorica<\/em>.
