Ivan Tabakovi\u0107<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n (1898-1977)\u2060<\/span><\/p>\n Graduated in 1924 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. From 1925 to 1927, together with Oton Postru\u017enik, he led a private school of art. He was one of the founders of the painters\u2019 group \u201cZemlja\u201d in Zagreb. In 1945, he became a professor of the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, and in 1948, a full-time professor of the Academy of Applied Arts in Belgrade. He participated in the creation of the group \u201d\u0160estorica\u201d.
