He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts only for two months. In 1948, he co-founded the artistic group \u201cDau al Set\u201d that was linked to the Surrealists and Dadaists. In 1953, he began working with a combined technique, which is considered his most original contribution to modern art. He exhibited his works at the Documenta in Kassel (1959, 1964, 1968, 1972 and 1977).
