Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1952. Worked as an intern-curator at the National Gallery of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1953\/1954 and as an art teacher at the College of Education in Sarajevo (1954 \u2013 1970). His works collected in his atelier for the retrospective exhibition were burnt with the atelier in Sarajevo City Hall in 1992.
