Dobrivoje Beljkašić

(Vlasenica, B&H, 1932 – Bristol, UK, 2015)

Studied in Paris at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs and École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (1945 – 47). Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1952. Worked as an intern-curator at the National Gallery of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1953/1954 and as an art teacher at the College of Education in Sarajevo (1954 – 1970). His works collected in his atelier for the retrospective exhibition were burnt with the atelier in Sarajevo City Hall in 1992. He was a member of Association of Visual Artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ULUBiH).
